Is TimePally billed in Naira?
Yes. All plans are priced and billed in Nigerian Naira (₦). No FX surprises.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 14-day trial ends, your account enters a 7-day grace period where you can still access your data. After that, the account is locked until you subscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and any unused days on your current plan will be applied as credit toward your new plan.
How does annual billing work?
Paying annually saves you 2 months. You get 12 months for the price of 10. Contact us to set up annual billing for your organisation.
Is members' facial templates data safe?
Absolutely. TimePally is built in compliance with Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Facial data is encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.
What Android version is required for the app?
TimePally's Android app supports Android 7.0 (Oreo) and above. A front-facing camera is required for facial recognition.
