General Report

The General Report page is your analytics view of attendance over time: daily breakdowns, monthly rollups, member rankings, exception lists, location-level summaries, and the raw log of every clock event that came off your terminals. Use this when you need historical evidence for payroll, audits, or performance reviews. For today’s live operational view, use Attendance instead.

The page is organised as seven tabs. Each one has its own filter bar, its own grid, and an Export CSV button that becomes active once the grid has rows.

• Daily Attendance: one row per member per day, with worked / late / overtime minutes.
• Monthly Summary: one row per member for a whole month, with work-day totals.
• Performance: monthly member ranking by a composite attendance + punctuality score, with Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor badges. Exports as CSV or PDF.
• Location Summary: daily presence rates per location.
• Attendance Logs: the raw clock events as they arrive from terminals. Auto-refreshes every 10 seconds.
• Geo-tagging: GPS-tagged clock events with their geofence outcome, distance from the zone centre, GPS accuracy, and mock-location flags. Use it to review off-site or spoofed clock-ins.
• Exceptions: missed clock-ins, missed clock-outs, late arrivals, and other anomalies to resolve.

Getting there

Click General Report in the sidebar (line-chart icon). The page opens on the Daily Attendance tab by default.

Tips

• Filters are not auto-applied: change them, then click the Apply button on that tab to load the data.
• The Export CSV button stays disabled until the grid has at least one row. Adjust your filters first, then export.
• Export PDF is only available on the Performance tab and requires an active subscription.
• Only the Attendance Logs tab polls automatically. The other six tabs only refresh when you click Apply.
