Daily Attendance
The Daily Attendance tab gives you one row per member per day across whatever date range you choose. It’s the most detailed of the five report tabs. Use it when you need to see exactly when each person clocked in, when they left, and how much they worked.
Getting there
Open General Report in the sidebar. Daily Attendance is the first tab and opens by default.
What you’ll see
A filter bar followed by a sortable grid. The filter bar contains:
- Start Date and End Date: default to the last 7 days (today minus six, through today).
- Location: leave blank for all locations.
- Status: ALL / PRESENT / ABSENT / INCOMPLETE.
- Search member: by name or member code.
- Apply button (loads the grid) and Export CSV button (enabled once the grid has rows).
Grid columns: Date, Code, Member, Location, Clock in, Clock out, Status, Worked, Late, Overtime. Worked, Late, and Overtime are shown as Xh YYm.
Common tasks
Pull a one-week report for a single location
- Pick the start and end dates (the default 7-day window often works as-is).
- Set Location to the site you want.
- Click Apply.
- Click Export CSV to download
daily-attendance-<today>.csv.
Find every “incomplete” day for one member
- Type the member’s name or code into Search member.
- Set Status to INCOMPLETE.
- Pick a wide date range.
- Click Apply. The grid shows every day where they clocked in but didn’t clock out (or vice versa).
Tips
- “Worked” minutes only count time between a paired clock-in and clock-out. A clock-in with no clock-out shows 0.
- “Late” is computed against the member’s schedule: adjust the schedule, not the report, if everyone looks “late”.
- The CSV writes raw minute counts (not formatted
Xh YYm) so you can sum them in Excel.
