Time Off & Holidays
This section is for keeping attendance honest when members aren’t supposed to be at work: paid or unpaid leave, public holidays, optional shortened days. The page has three tabs, documented in their own pages:
- Time Off Types: define the categories of leave you offer (Annual, Sick, Maternity, Compassionate, etc.) and their rules.
- Leave Requests: record approved leave per member with start/end dates, and see who’s on leave today.
- Holiday Calendars: manage the public holidays that count as non-working days.
Getting there
Click Time Off & Holidays in the left sidebar (umbrella icon). The page opens on the Time Off tab (Leave Requests) by default. The actual UI labels in the page are Time Off, Holidays, and Leave Types; the docs use the spec’s terms but they map directly to those tabs.
