Location Summary

The Location Summary tab rolls up attendance by location and date. Each row tells you, for one location on one day, how many members were present, how many were late, how many were absent, and what percentage made it in. It’s the right tab for comparing how different sites are performing.

Getting there

Open General Report in the sidebar and click the Location Summary tab.

What you’ll see

A filter bar followed by a sortable grid. The filter bar contains:

  • Start Date and End Date: default to the last 7 days.
  • Location: leave blank to include every location, or pick one to see only its rows.
  • Apply button and Export CSV button.

Grid columns: Date, Location, Members (total members assigned to that location), Present, Late, Absent, Presence % (Present ÷ Members, rounded to a whole percent; shows if there are no members).

Common tasks

Find your worst-attended location last week

  1. Set the date range to last week.
  2. Leave Location blank.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Click the Presence % column header to sort ascending. The worst sites land at the top.

Pull a month-long location report

  1. Set the date range to the month.
  2. Pick one Location.
  3. Click Apply, then Export CSV for location-summary-<today>.csv.

Tips

  • Rows where Members is 0 will show Presence % as . That usually means the location exists but has no members assigned: you might want to clean it up on the Locations page.
  • The grid shows one row per location per day. To average across a week, export the CSV and use a spreadsheet formula.
  • This tab is the closest thing to the Dashboard’s “Attendance by Location” widget: but it covers a date range instead of a single day.
  • Dashboard: same idea, but only for one date and with a chart
  • Locations: add, rename, or delete the locations that appear here
  • Members: reassign members to a different location
